Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders of €150 or more within the Netherlands.
- Orders below €150 are charged the applicable shipping fee shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Souki is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
